Back by popular demand, Vero Beach Running Camp is back for Spring 2016. The 9 week training program will help you improve speed, endurance, form, and race tactics. The group training dynamic makes training challenging and fun. Learn how to train smarter and maximize your potential. The camp includes:
- Tuesday and Thursday workouts at 5:30am
- Sunday Long Runs at 6:30am
- Time Trial fitness tests to give training paces and grouping
- Workouts designed to improve specific aspects of performance
- Moisture wicking VBRC shirt
- Improved running form
- Group training
